Autoclave electric Lux-14-E, Kirovohrad region.

The process of sterilization of canned products in a glass container is a responsible and important point. Autoclave "LUX-14E" is able to reproduce factory heat treatment technologies in every kitchen.

The autoclave is made of food grade stainless steel AISI304, 2mm thick (lid 4mm). The heater of the Italian company THERMOWATT and the domestic thermostat RYK-3MR are responsible for heating. All that is required is to set the thermostat to the desired operating mode (according to the recipe) and the thermostat will start/stop heating at the desired moment.

A distinctive feature ofautoclaves of the "LUX" series is a convenient and reliable cover. Such a cover is pressed by hand with only one lamb (nut), unlike old autoclaves with 7-8 bolts. Further, the increasing pressure presses the lid from the inside, evenly distributing the force over the entire surface of the lid.

All autoclaves are tested for tightness at a pressure of 8 Bar (working pressure of 4 Bar).
