Grain seeder Red Star (Elvorti) ASTRA (Astra NW), Zaporizhia region.

The product is subject to state compensation in the amount of 25% of the cost of the equipment.

"INTERTECHINVEST" LLC is an official dealer of Chervona Zirka (Elvorti) Ukraine.

The ASTRA seeder is a development from the Chervona Zirka company, which has a number of advantages compared to all mechanical grain seeders on the market.

Grain seeder ASTRA is intended for row sowing:
- cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats); 140
- зернобобовых (горох, фасоль, соя, чечевица, бобы, чина, нут, люпин);
- small-seeded crops (rapeseed, mustard, flax), 142
с одновременным внесением минеральных удобрений и прикатыванием почвы в засеянных рядках.

Grain and fat seeding devices are made of polymer materials - this eliminates the possibility of corrosion and increases the service life. The flaps on fat, grain and small-seeded devices have 3 positions for regulating the supply of seed material to the seeding coils.

The grain seeding device has a screw coil for sowing grain and leguminous crops and a pin coil for small-seeded crops, as well as sowing loose and medium-loose grass seeds.

Variators provide easy and quick adjustment in the range of seeding rates: 150
• для семян от 0,7 до 400 кг/га;
• for grass from 5 to 90 kg/ha,
• fertilized from 25 to 200 kg/ha.

A coulter with offset discs allows sowing in the presence of crop residues. One-row or two-row two-disc coulters can be installed on seed drills. The service life of coulters is increased by 100% due to the use of modern technologies for processing steels with boron content.

The unified design of the "coiler-rolling roller" unit allows you to adjust the coulter to a given depth with an interval of 1 cm. Finger rollers replacerollers with increased soil moisture. The choice of sealing devices allows sowing at different soil moisture levels.

The universal transport device withwheels of increased diameter allows the seeder to be transported on general purpose roads.

The HELIOS electronic control system, installed on the seeder, controls the flow of seeds in one coulter on each hopper and transmits information to the monitor installed in the tractor cabin, which allows you to keep track of the sown area.
Powder coating technology guarantees protection against corrosion for at least 8 years.

Fuel consumption When working with a tractor with a power of 80 hp. is 1.8 l/ha.

The price includes the costs of delivery of the unit to the farm, its assembly, training of your personnel, field commissioning and warranty service of the seeder within 12 months from the day of field launch.
