A small company. The phone is ringing at the technical support. The administrator (my acquaintance, to whom I came to drink beer and talk "for a living") picks up the phone, says the usual "hello", listens for ten seconds (getting more and more tense), then blurts out: "Your mother!...", immediately picks himself up (well done) and finishes the sentence: "... it is necessary to look, maybe the capacitor is bent..."
