Screw piles with cast tips have the following advantages in comparison with welded products:

- Mechanical strength several times higher than welded products due to thicker blade walls and solid metal.

- A smooth decrease in the thickness of the blade from the base to the end, in addition to the reliability of the structure, provides minimal resistance when screwing in the pile.

- The absence of deformation in the process of screwing in significantly reduces the probability of vertical deflection of the pile. Unlike its welded counterpart, the cast tip does not deform and does not move aside when meeting with old brickwork, hard roots and stones.

- Zinc coating and rust-resistant alloy of the tip provide long-lasting anti-corrosion protection of the pile along its entire length.
