Low weight, high cross-country ability and productivity, low diesel fuel consumption - this is what the Aquarius self-propelled sprayer on
ultra-low pressure tires can give its owner. This modification is equipped with a hydraulic rod drive, which further simplifies operation and speeds up the processing of the territory.
The process of transferring the rods from the travel mode to the working mode is controlled by the driver from the cab. The two-stage system of expanding the rods allows you to automatically fold them into travel mode, after which "Aquarius" can move on ordinary roads.
The automatic boom opening/closing system speeds up the preparation of the sprayer for work.
This modification is equipped with a hydraulic boom drive with a total span of 20 meters. The process of transferring the rods from the travel mode to the working mode is controlled by the driver from the cab. The two-stage system of expanding the rods allows you to automatically fold them into travel mode, after which "Aquarius" can move on ordinary roads. This moment is especially useful when it is necessary to process many small (3-8 hectares) areas in a short period of time, for which it will be necessary to transfer the self-propelled sprayer from the derived mode to the working mode many times.
The pendulum stabilization mechanism and vibration dampening system increase the stability of the bar during operation. The parallelogram suspension allows you to change the height of the bar above the ground from 0.5 m to 1.8 m.
The end sections of the rod are protected from collision by a rotary mechanism that allows the section to deviate by 45° in the horizontal plane and returns it to its normal position again.
Two power plant options
Depending on the customer's wishes, a Japanese Kubota 1.5 (118.6 Nm) or 2.4 (165.8 Nm) engine can be installed. The second option allows you to increase the application rate to 500 l/ha and the working speed to 40 km/h.

The fertilizer application process is controlled by a spraying computer with GPS and GSM module
A spraying computer with a GPS module is installed to maintain a constant level of application of the active substance on the sprayer. Its task is to synchronize the work power
pump with the speed of movement of the sprayer on the field.
The GPS module allows you to determine the coordinates of the equipment.
In addition, the computer takes into account the coordinates where the works were performed and transfers them to the database. Thanks to which its location can be seen both in real time and in the form of reports saved and available for viewing via the Internet.
Depending on the installed peripheral devices, the computer can also take into account the speed of movement, the distance traveled, the amount of liquid spilled, and the speed of the spill. Fuel consumption is also taken into account.
Due to the fact that some components of the chassis and body parts are made from domestic components, if repairs are necessary, you can find them in a regular auto shop.
Self-propelled sprayer "Aquarius" with an automatic boom opening/closing system accelerates and simplifies high-precision treatment of the territory with liquid forms of fertilizers.
