Cultivator KSO-8M bellota Arlan, Kharkiv region.

CULTIVATOR KSO-8M Bellota
Description:
It is intended forpre-sowing andsteam processing soil. It is optionally equipped with acustomer roller with a leveler, a spring two-row harrow or a device for attaching tooth harrows.
Due to the four-row system of arrangement of working bodies (minimum distance between adjacent rows of 800 mm) it is not clogged with plant residues. The presence of mini-portal axles on support wheels allows to increase the turning speed of the unit and increase the service life of the unit. The frame is made of profiled pipes and has a large safety margin. Replaceable polyurethane bushings designed for 1500-2000 ha of operation are provided in the construction of the beams. Detachable fastening of the brackets of the beams to the frame on the ladders reduced excessive welding stresses and allows you to adjust the width of the overlap. Cultivators are painted with high-quality, certified German materials.
Thanks to the design of cultivators of the KSO type, they provide:
- complete cutting of weed vegetation, without exposing the lower moist layers of the soil and without mixing them with the upper ones. The overlap of working bodies is 70 mm per side.
- the uniformity of the depth of soil cultivation in the range from 5 to 12 cm.
- creation of an even bottom of the furrow, with a uniformly compacted seed bed, which is achieved by the translational movements of the working body due to the work of the shock absorber.(//tractor-service.com)
