The mobile ventilation unit (grain aerator) is used for active ventilation of a mound of grain, oilseed, and leguminous crops. Aerators of our production are used for ventilation of wheat, rye, barley, oats, buckwheat, rapeseed, peas,corn, fodder mixtures, seeds of perennial grasses. Objectives of active ventilation using settings:

1. Prophylactic ventilation of the mound (processes in grain that have aged over time are controlled and managed, the appearance of a barnyard and malt smell is not allowed, pathogenic processes caused by physiological and microbiological reasons are eliminated, temperature and humidity in the mounds are equalized);

2. Cooling of the embankment in order to prevent unwanted processes in it (grain with "field heat" or grain aftergrain dryers);

3. Drying (with intensive ventilation, users reduce the humidity to the norm of 13-14%, with planned ventilation, it is possible to store grain with a humidity of 16-17%);

4. Freezing of the embankment (during freezing, stock pests are destroyed, and the grain is in the best state for long-term storage);

5. Elimination of self-heating centers;

6. Ensuring the flow of oxygen into the intergrain space during post-harvest ripening; 165
