The fruits are very large, beautiful, weighing 80-100 g. Individual fruits reach 150 grams. The coloring is rich, orange. The fruit pulp is of very high quality, juicy, aromatic, and has a harmonious combination of acid and sugar. The stone is bitter, it separates well from the pulp.

New Jersey is an apricot variety of American selection, which produces good fruit and high-quality fruits. Fruits of the New Jersey apricot are large (up to 100 g), roundish, slightly drooping in shape, the skin is yellow with a barely visible blush on the sunny side or more often without it, the pulp is of medium density, not very juicy, golden-yellow in color, sweet-sour taste. The bone separates perfectly.

The New Jersey apricot tree is self-fertile. However, for effective pollination and high productivity, we recommend having at least twoapricot seedlings on the site, of different varieties.
