Opuntsiya sadovaya - cactus wintering in open ground, Kherson region.

Prickly pear is a rather unusual plant for our climate. Why? Have you ever seen cacti that winter beautifully in open ground? Personally, I don't. I have not met this original plant yet. Yes, prickly pear is a special kind of cacti that live and winter well right on the flowerbed. They are equally afraid of neither heat nor cold. It is not for nothing that cacti are considered the most resistant plants, and opuntia is a vivid confirmation of these words! This frost-resistant cactus can become the highlight of your flower garden.
