Composition: PG - 600 is a white lyophilized powder. One dose of the drug contains 400 ME of serum gonadotropin and 200 ME of chorionic gonadotropin, and a five-dose package contains 2000 ME of serum gonadotropin and 1000 ME of chorionic gonadotropin. It is available in bottles of 5 doses of the active substance and 25 ml of solvent or bottles of 1 dose of the active substance and 5 ml of solvent. The drug is packed in boxes together with the solvent.

Indications: Induction of sexual maturity (cyclicity) in immature repair pigs.
Prevention of delayed puberty in repair pigs. Prevention of postpartum anestrus in sows after the first farrowing. Treatment of postpartum anestrus in primary sows and in sows after the first farrowing. Prevention of anestrus caused by seasonal or weather changes.

Pharmacological action:
Combined hormonal preparation containing serum (PMSG) and chorionic gonadotropins (hCG). Serum gonadotropin stimulates the development of follicles, and chorionic gonadotropin promotes ovulation and the formation of the corpus luteum. The combination of these hormones contributes to the development of full-fledged sexual cycles in pigs.

Dosage:

Intramuscularly, in the parotid region. Before use, the contents of the bottle with the required dose of the drug are diluted with the solvent supplied with the drug. It is administered intramuscularly in the parotid region in a dose of 5 ml. The diluted drug must be used within 12 hours. The time of administration depends on the indications for use.
Induction of puberty (cyclicity) in immature repair pigs. Introduction of PG- 600 repair pigs for 200 days of life. Hunting begins 7-10 days after stimulation. Prevention of delayed sexual maturity (cyclicity) of repair pigs. Introduction of PG-600 on the 248th day of life of a repair pig. Hunting occurs 7-10 days after stimulation. Prevention of postpartum anestrus in sows after the first farrowing. Introduction of PG-600 on the day of piglet weaning. Hunting begins 3-6 days after stimulation. Treatment of postpartum anestrus in primary sows and sows after the 1st farrowing. Introduction of PG-600 between 8-10 days after weaning of piglets. Hunting begins 6-8 days after stimulation. Prevention of anestrus caused by seasonal or weather changes. Introduction of PG-600 per day of piglet weaning.

Contraindications:
A hypersensitivity reaction is rare, but possible. In these cases, the introduction of adrenaline is indicated.

Storage conditions:
At a temperature of 8°C to 15°C in a dry place protected from light.
