Corn Harvester 8-row Olimac Drago GT, Sumy region.

DragoGT corn harvesters have several exclusive functions, some of which have been patented, namely:
• Automatic adjustment system of tear strips
• Two shredders with a scissor effect
Thanks to the high productivity of DragoGT, you will reach a new level of productivity and quality of the harvest, and, as a result, increased profitability.

With the help of DragoGT harvesters, it is possible to harvest corn without loss of cobs and kernels.
The only harvesters in the world with damping scraper bars, regulated automatically.

Main advantages:
• Tear-off strips with amortization.
The initial break bars are equipped with a special shock-absorbing device that absorbs shocks when the initials fall:
Initially, the separation is smooth, thanks to which losses are minimized and the skipping of grains between the slats is excluded.
Advantage: full harvest without losses. Productivity.

• automatically adjustable tear-off bars
The span of the ripping strips is automatically adjusted and corresponds to different sizes of the stems. Self-regulation works independently of each row. The operator does not need to make any corrections.
Advantage: full harvest without losses.

• Especially long forming refining rollers(//tractor-service.com)
Forming refining rollers are longer compared to conventional headers, thanks to which you can ensure speed with low revolutions, performing a smooth separation of corn cobs.
Advantage: smooth opening of corn cobs, full harvest without losses.

• Large augers and low-profile layout
DragoGT is equipped with a new large auger (Ø 500 mm, the largest in this field), which ensures a high speed of feeding lying and dry corn cobs, thus avoiding clogging and loss of kernels. Cylindrical gear transmission of the auger, which is located in an oil bath and does not require maintenance. Yes, you can use your harvester with maximum productivity.
Side augers and a low-profile design allow a full-value harvest even in the case of low-growing corn cobs.

• Working Angle 18
In operation, the opening system, unlike other harvesters, makes a very small angle with the ground. Thanks to this special quality, the process of collecting lying stems is not problematic.
Moreover, the small slope of the separating mechanism prevents corn cobs from jumping out of the unit.

• Adjusting hooks: 18°
On each brand and variety of combines with DragoGT, it is possible to set the required working position 18, ensuring harvesting without losses. With the help of adjusting hooks, the optimal working position is set regardless of the size of the combine wheels.

• Finer grinding compared to allother grinders
DragoGT is equipped with a double stalk chopper with a scissor effect, unique in the world: each of which has four blades. Endowed with the function of reverse rotation, like scissors, two of them are located on one side, the other two - on the opposite side. This device, patented by the companyOlimac, grinds the stems twice as fine: the shredded stems are evenly scattered on the ground.

• Low energy consumption
Double shredders with a scissor effect have low energy consumption, comparable to the energy of a single shredder.
