The granulation line based on the OGM-1.5 press granulator is designed for pressing dry ground plant materials to obtain granules. It can granulate almost any type of biomass with a relative humidity of about 10% - sawdust, peat,straw, lignin, husk, grass, chicken droppings, alcohol bard,bran, beer grains, beet pulp, etc.
The principle of operation: the dry crushed raw material is dosed by a sluice gate to the scraper conveyor, then to the storage hopper of the granulator. Next, the raw material is transported to the dispenser and mixer of the granulator, where water is also supplied. In the mixer, the moisture content of the raw material is adjusted to the level necessary for the granulation process. The moistened raw material is discharged from the mixer into the pressing chamber. In the pressing chamber, the raw material is drawn between the rotating die and the pressing rollers and is pushed into the radial holes of the die, where granules are formed under the action of high pressure. The granules squeezed out of the holes hit the stationary knife and break off. Broken granules fall down and are removed from the press through the casing sleeve.
All the necessary technical documentation is attached to each of the units and units: operating instructions, layout diagram of the equipment.
If necessary, the set of the granulation line can be supplemented with a second technological equipment:
