Mechanism of action
Alpha-cypermethrin affects the nervous system of pests, disrupting the permeability of cell membranes and blocking sodium channels. Causes paralysis of the central and peripheral nervous systems. Imidacloprid affects acetylcholine receptors of the postsynaptic membrane, but as a competitor of acetylcholine. Causes a violation of the normal conduction of the nerve impulse through the synapse. As a result, phytophagous insects develop damage to the nervous system, which leads to their death.
Properties
The combination of two active substances with fundamentally different mechanisms of action ensures high efficiency against pest populations resistant to traditional insecticides and prevents the emergence of resistance to the drug. Napoval has contact and systemic properties, acts both in case of acute contact and gastric poisoning, and in the gas phase. In the plant, imidacloprid turns into chloronicotinic acid (a natural antidepressant), which provides additional resistance to adverse weather conditions.

General recommendations
It is advisable to start treatment when the number of pests exceeds the economic threshold of harmfulness (depending on the type of number). The drug must be applied evenly to the leaf surface of the plant using well-regulated equipment. The volume of the working solution should be sufficient to completely cover the entire leaf surface of the culture. The insecticide is toxic to bees. Do not spray during the flowering period.
