Premium segment of furrow drills in Ukraine modernized UPS-8precise seeding PneumaticUPS-8 drills-02 Vesta 8 are intended for dotted sowing of calibrated and uncalibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybeans, as well as seeds of fodder beans, beans, lupins with the simultaneous introduction of granular mineral fertilizers separately from the seeds and rolling of the soil in the rows. It is also possible to sow uncalibrated seeds, but in this case the accuracy will directly depend on the size and degree of damage of the seed material.
Planters UPS-8-02 Vesta 8 of precision seeding ensure sowing at the final density, excluding the use of manual labor when forming the required interval between plants. The fan is equipped with an overrunning clutch that protects the belt transmission from increased wear.

The presence of a viewing window allows visual control of the quality of the seeding device during the adjustment process.

A comb-type double seed dropper ensures accurate single-seed sowing. A harrow is installed on the sowing disk.

The seeding device produces accurate one-grain sowing of seeds of different crops with a seeding rate of 2 to 43 pieces per linear meter.

The bunker is equipped with a vault that prevents seeds from floating.

The fat sowing system through the fat coulters provides the possibility of applying mineral fertilizers away from the row with the necessary amount of displacement, which excludes the harmful effect of fats on the seeds.

Plastic bushings are installed in the fat bunker, which prevent the accidental spillage of mineral fertilizers.

An unloading hatch is provided in the fat bunker to remove the remains of mineral fertilizers.

To improve seed coverage and the stability of sowing sections during the operation of corn planters UPS-8-02 Vesta 8, a wide roller, rakes and a train rail are used in the section.

Rolling the soil in the sown rows improves the contact between the seeds and the moist soil at the bottom of the furrows, provides capillary rise of moisture and creates favorable conditions for earlier and friendly germination of seeds.
