Roller harvester for buckwheat, safflower, alfalfa on KPS-5G, buy, price, Zhytomyr region.

A frame with a central (side for the Niva, Enisei combine harvester) discharge window and belt-plate conveyors is used in the structure of the harvester. Reinforced sidewalls, vertical and horizontal stiffeners, as well as a carrier pipe of increased diameter are used to increase the strength of the structure.

Copying the topography of the field is provided by supportingwheels. The height of the cut within the limits of copying is 50-250 mm. The drive of the harvester's cutting device is based on a planetary mechanism ("Schumacher drive"), which has the best characteristics of cutting speed and reliability compared to the crank-crank group. This contributes to the increase in productivity and reliability of the cutting device, which in general increases the reliability of the harvester.(//tractor-service.com)

For example: the cutting speed in the ZHVN-6B-01 harvester is 1.3 m/s, and in theZHVU harvester - 1.8 m/s, which is 40% more. Correspondingly,ZhVU can carry out crop cutting at a higher forward speed. According to consumer reviews, during the harvesting of wheat and barley, about 45-50 hectares were mown per day on the ZHVU-6 harvester. The harvester has proven itself well both for harvesting grain crops and legumes. In particular, the reaper was used for harvesting: wheat, rice, peas, barley, as well as for mowing grass.

The design of the harvester uses a five-blade anti-reel winder with two mechanisms for tilting the blades of increased reliability. Such a design of the reel ensures the lifting of light crops during mowing.
