UNIA ARES units are perfectly suited for stubble-preserving processing, which protects the valuable top layer from blowing out and dramatically reduces moisture evaporation. These units successfully replace shallow plowing. In the course of processing, the stubbles are specially designed with corresponding disc sections, a strong frame with uniform load distribution and a widechoice of rollers guarantee effective processing.

Ldiscs with a diameter of 500 mm on rubber shock absorbers, intended for small (6-12 cm), quick processing of stubble with the purpose of accelerating the germination of carrion, stopping the evaporation of moisture, and also mixing the crop residues. Also, L disks have proven themselves perfectly in pre-sowing processing. The angle of attack is 18 °, and the angle of inclination is 11 °.

Disks work on high-quality roller bearings.

In the standard configuration, the ARES L disc tillage unit has a tubular shaft with a diameter of ø500 mm. Other shafts are also available.

UNIA ARES L can be combined with the DRIVE series trolley.

This method of transportation with the seed drill raised above the unit facilitates the hydraulic system of the tractor. After attaching the seeder to the unit, it becomes a compact seeding complex that processes and sows the soil in one pass of the tractor.
