The AID-2 milking machine is used for milking cows, sheep and goats in households or small farms.

The milking machine is used both for milking on two lines in 2 milking buckets (simultaneous milking of two animals) and with one bucket on one and, if desired, on two lines in one bucket.

A distinctive feature of the device is a dry type vacuum pump with graphite plates. Graphite plates wear out less than textolite plates, so they do not require lubrication during operation.Vacuum pump has 4 graphite plates, capacity 12 m3/h.

The milking unit is equipped with an asynchronous electric motor with a power of 750 W at a shaft speed of 1500 rpm. The pump is connected to the engine through a coupling.

Electrical safety - a start-up protection device is installed. It consists of a switch and a safety relay. In the event of a voltage drop or an overload of the engine, the thermal protection device will work and the engine will shut down. After 30-40 seconds, the thermal protection will cool down, the circuit will close again and the engine will turn on again.

AID-2 vacuum installation consists;

- Vacuum pump with muffler;
- Electric motor with capacitor box;
- Connecting coupling, closed with a protective casing;
- Vacuum line: vacuum line tube, receiver with vacuum regulator, vacuum gauge, condensate discharge valve and fitting for connecting milking equipment;
- A device for starting a vacuum installation with an electric cord and a plug connector;
- Cart withwheels.
