Incubator "Universal-50" is intended for incubation of eggs of all types of agriculturalbirds. It consists of two cabinets - incubation and hatching. Cabinets are assembled from wooden panels. The incubation cabinet combines three incubation chambers, one hatching chamber. In front, all cameras have two-leaf doors through which trays are loaded and serviced. The doors have locks that can be locked when the handles are turned. The drum-type installation of trays is used in the incubation chambers. In contrast to the incubation chambers, the trays in the hatching chamber are stationary and arranged horizontally. Incubation trays in the "Universal-50" incubator are metal, which have a larger capacity compared to the wooden ones used before. Metal trays create less resistance to the movement of air, which better washes the eggs, which helps to increase hatchability. The incubator is powered by a three-phase mains voltage of 380/220 V with a frequency of 50 Hz.

All incubator chambers are equipped with electric heaters with automatic temperature regulators, fans, devices for regulating air humidity, air exchange rate, mechanisms for turning the trays, as well as a system of automatic locks and alarms. An alarm panel is installed above the door of each incubator chamber.
