The weight of grain from the loading chamber is sent to the shelling chamber, where it is processed by rubberized rollers rotating towards each other at different speeds. Peeling products fall into the pneumatic channel. Films are carried into the cyclone by the counterflow of air created by the fan, settle and accumulate in the film collector. Kernels and shelledgrains are sent to the collector. The degree of peeling is regulated by the gap between the rubberized rolls. The degree of air purification is regulated with the help of fan revolutions by means of a potentiometer. Field of application — laboratories of bread-making enterprises. The normal operation of the peeler is ensured at an ambient temperature of -10 to +35°С and a relative humidity of 55±15% (at 20°С).
