The LZM-1 mill consists of a collector engine mounted in a plastic case with a cup installed in the upper part. The glass contains a steel knife mounted on the shaft of the electric motor and is closed with a lid, forming a grinding chamber. The mill is equipped with a key-type switch, as well as an electric cable with a plug for connecting to the power grid.

The grain sample to be ground should be placed in the glass of the mill, cover with a lid, and then turn on the mill for 30-50 seconds. The degree of grinding is regulated by the duration of the mill. To extract the crushed product, it is necessary to turn off the mill, open the lid of the glass and pour the contents intoany container. After this, the mill is ready to grind the next sample.
