Crane scales (hanging scales) are intended for weighing cargo in the process loading or unloading by crane. Hanging scales make it possible to significantly speed up the process of receiving and releasing raw materials and finished products.
VK ZEVS III scales are made taking into account the peculiarities of workweights in unfavorable conditions. The body of this scale model is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and reliably protects electronics from mechanical damage. The scales are equipped with a strain gauge with a margin of safety 1.5 times greater than the nominal weighing limit. Dust and moisture protection IP65 and guaranteed accuracy are shown in the range of working temperatures from -10°C to +40°C, making it possible to use the scales in open areas under various weather conditions. For ease of use, the 3- and 5-ton scale models are equipped with a swivel hook that allows you to turn the load 360 degrees, and the automatic latch on the hook prevents the sling from accidentally jumping off the hook.
At industrial enterprises, such scales are used not only as technological equipment, but also for commercial purposes.
The metrological characteristics of VC ZEWS III scales fully meet the requirements of EN DSTU 45501:2007.
The scales are intuitively easy to operate and do not require special skills in operation. The scales are equipped with functions:

weight averaging (HOLD function);
Gross/Net indications for selection;
accumulation of weight (summation of the results of several weighings);
tarirovanija;
fixing the displayed scales after removing the load;
preservation of peak loads.
For long-term autonomous operation, the scales are equipped with energy-saving functions.
