Economic and biological characteristics:
 productivity under production conditions up to 7.0-8.0 t/ha with yield increases over common Odessky 151 and Prairie varieties of 0.5-0.8 t/ha;
 high drought resistance (9 points) is due to the genetically controlled SOD-s2 indicator of drought, salt and acid resistance, which gives an advantage over other varieties in conditions of extreme drought;

 good grain size of the ear (16-26 grains in an ear);
 large grain (weight of 1000 grains 50-55 g);

 under production conditions in Ukraine, in the steppe and forest-steppe zones, under disturbed growing technologies, spring tillage gave the highest yieldsamong grain ear crops - up to 5.1-5.3 t/ha. Testimonials: nutans variety. The ear is double-rowed, of medium length (7-9 cm), dense (11-12 segments per 4 cm of the spike shaft), unbreakable, tapering to the top, straw-yellow. The spines are long, jagged, parallel, thin, elastic, straw-yellow. Spike scale is thin, narrow, without pubescence. The flower scale is slightly wrinkled, the nervation is well-defined. The transition of the flower scale to the spine is gradual. Main bristlegrain long-haired.
The bush is semi-spreading. Leaf without pubescence, narrow, dark green. The height of the plants is 75-100 cm.
The grain is large, yellow, elongated-oval in shape.
