Hydro cylinders are recognized as one of the most important parts of hydraulic systems, no matter how complex or complicated they may be. Hydraulic cylinders often work in extreme conditions and are exposed to high pressure. Therefore, the main task of the Hydravlyk Line company is the optimal solution of all these problems. Energy saving, weight reduction, life expectancy, ease of maintenance of hydraulic cylinders will help to adjust the entire technological process as efficiently as possible!
The production program includes hydraulic cylinders with a diameter of 20 mm to more than 1 meter and a length of up to 15 meters (larger hydraulic cylinders can be ordered upon special request).
Differential hydraulic cylinders
The hydraulic cylinder has only one side of the plunger region of the piston rod. Therefore, it has two active areas of different sizes: the first, the surface on the piston side, acts as a whole, and the second, the rod, in which there is only the ring area. The ratio of the surface of the piston ring to the surface is denoted by "F". Differential hydraulic cylinders normally move at two different speeds. When the hydraulic cylinder is in the closed state, it works according to the set speed.

The piston of the cylinder does not have an actual piston, a rod acts instead. Plunger cylinders have a higher level of mechanical efficiency, but they must be axially directed.
Synchronous hydraulic cylinders
Synchronous cylinders (also called double-action hydraulic cylinders) have a rod on both sides of the piston surface. The volume of hydraulic oil flows in and out, so it is always the same size, which means the same speed of movement. Synchronous cylinders can be implemented with only one rod. In such cases, the special shape of the rod with an internal hole guarantees that the surface dimensions are equal.
Telescopic hydraulic cylinders
Telescopic cylinders, consisting of several cylinders built inside each other. They can be built in "one" or "two-acting" forms of structures. The main advantage of telescopic hydraulic cylinders is that they ideally combine compactness and power.
