White mushrooms (harvest of 2024) are collected in a perfectly clean Carpathian forest at an altitude of 1200 m. The mushrooms are dried in a mine-type dryer, on nets, onwood, without smoke, in a stream of warm air. Mushrooms for drying were cut into LARGE pieces (not plates), so they boil well.
