According to the amount of heat produced as a result of burning, slag is comparable tostone coal and surpasses wood fuel. Thus, the heat released when burning 100 kg of husk briquettes is equivalent to the heat obtained when burning 70-100 kghard coal and 120-200 kg of firewood. When burning, emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere are minimal.
All this makes it possible to make fuel briquettes an alternative to other types of fuel for burning in boilers of medium and low power, for heating private houses.
