Production company LLC "DairyCo" (TM DairyCo), which produces a wide range of dairyadditives and ingredients, offers its own sodium caseinate production.
Our company's sodium caseinate is made from casein, by processing it with chemically pure sodium hydroxide, using the extrusion method. Production is carried out on modern equipment of leading European manufacturers (Germany, France, Poland).
In general, sodium caseinate is a water-soluble (solubility index of 0.15) multifunctional milk protein. The protein level in the product is at least 94%, fat - no more than 2%, moisture - no more than 6%, lactose - 0.2%, pH 6.6-7.0.
Sodium caseinate is used in the food industry as an emulsifier, structure stabilizer, water-binding agent, to optimize the level of protein in the product, etc.: in the production of cooked sausages and pates, cheeses, ice cream, cream pastes, sour milk, confectionery and bakery products. Sodium caseinate is also widely used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.
