Own production of augers

Length from 7.5 to 24 m. (at the request of the customer)
Diameter 200, 250 mm.
Productivity from 45 to 110 t/h - regulated by the angle of inclination and depends on the bulk material.

Auger - steel, pipe thickness 2 mm, coated with anti-corrosion paint, disassembled in sections (length of one section is 2.5 m, sections are connected with bolts and nuts).
The angle of inclination and the height of unloading are regulated by a winch that moves the support along the rail.(//tractor-service.com)
The auger has a gate valve to adjust the feedgrains.

Description of the screw conveyor.
The steel conveyor coil is solid-rolled 4/2 mm, it is divided into sections (the length of one section is 2.5 m), the sections are connected to each other by means of flanges connected by bolts. There are no intermediate supports.
