Description and work
Universal pneumatic seeder UPS-8 is intended for precise sowing of calibrated, coated and regular seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, fodder beans, beans and other seeds close to them in size, with the simultaneous application of granular mineral fertilizers separate from the seeds.
It is aggregated with tractors of the 1.4 t.s. class.

Constructional features of the seeder
1. The fat-seeding system ensures the introduction of mineral fertilizers away from the row at a given depth, which practically excludes the harmful effect of fats on the seeds.
2. The design of the seeder allows sowing with a wide range of row spacing: 450, 600, 700, 900, 450*900, 600*1200
3. The design of the seeding device provides a wide range of sowing seeds of 2-43 pcs. per linear meter, which allows sowing seeds of various field crops.
4. The device is equipped with a viewing window that allows you to observe the filling of the holes of the seeding disc with seeds and the position of the dropper during adjustment and operation.
5. A special hatch is provided for quick removal of seeds from the chamber of the seeding apparatus.
6. The comb seed dumper ensures single-grain sowing.
7. To ensure the supply of the required amount of seeds from the grain hopper to the seeding device, a regulating valve is installed, which ensures high-quality sowing of bulk seed materials.
8. V-shaped rolling rollerroller provides pulling moisture into the seeding zone, pressing the seeds to the soil, while leaving a non-compacted layer of soil above the seed, contributing to rapid seed germination.
9. In the seeding device of the seeder, stirrers are installed, which exclude jamming of seeds.
10. The disc shaft of the seeding device is mounted on rolling bearings.
11. The seeder is equipped with a more powerful marker (welded construction from pipes of square section 42x42 mm) with a spherical disk of a larger diameter, with a changing angle of "attack", which provides a clearly visible track on the field and allows the operator to clearly maintain the joint spacing during sowing.
12. The axes of the support-drive wheels and discs of the seeding apparatus are maximally aligned, which allows you to more accurately copy the topography of the soil.
13. Наличие почвозацепов на опорно-приводныхколесах уменьшает проскальзывание, что обеспечивает отсутствие просевов.
14. A new semi-automatic coupling was installed, which ensures a quick and safe connection of the seeder with the tractor.
15. The parallelogram suspension of the seeding section ensures uniform sealing of the seeds.
16. The beam of the seeder frame is the receiver of the pneumatic system of the seeder and reduces the pulsation of the air flow, which contributes to more uniform sowing of seeds.
17. Completeness of the seeder with a transport device allows you to safely transport it from one field to another in accordance with the requirements for driving on public roads.
18. At the customer's request, the planter is equipped with a seed sowing control system.
