The frame of the deep loosener is a prefabricated structure on bolts, and the anchors are located in 2 rows, which allows to reduce the load on thetractor as much as possible and to achieve optimal results during subsoil processing.

The deep loosener ALPEGO Super CraKer provides processing from 25 to 65 cm with simultaneous grinding, mixing and partial compaction of the soil, with subsequent accumulation of moisture in lower layers. The design of the unit allows you to tear off the plow sole, which was formed afterworking with a plow, as well as to grind the soil and plant residues with partial mixing. Double hydraulic and mechanical toothed roller (Ø220cm) – provides soil crushing with partial mixing and compaction.

ALPEGO Super CraKer deep loosener is used for basic soil treatment or for destroying the plow sole at a depth of more than 65 cm. In this way, the soil can accumulate more moisture, and the roots of plants will penetrate deep layers without hindrance.

They are equipped with a hydropneumatic anchor protection system and have additional mechanical (passive) "shear bolt" protection. Such a technical solution allows you to use such a deep loosener in a wide variety of conditions (clay and stony soils) without the risk of damage to the load-bearing structures.
