The distance between the dividers is 22.5 cm, which makes it possible to harvest sunflowers with rows of 45-50-60 cm, as well as those sown in a continuous way. divider, divide the sunflower, regardless of the direction of movement of the harvester. The capture of the sunflower cap is possible in any position of the plant and in the direction of sowing. The harvester provides a slice of sunflower directly under the basket due to a certain position of the protective cover of the reel in relation to the plane of the sunflower slice. The sunflower falls into the zone of the protective casing, tilts at a certain angle and is captured by the reel, while the reel pulls the sunflower into the cutting zone, cutting it under the basket, then throws it onto the auger, which rotates and feeds the sunflower baskets into the center of the header and further into the inclined chamber of the harvester. At the same time, the leaves and stems remain on the ground, and thanks to this, the seed contamination in the bunker is very low, NOT more than 1.2%.
The planetary drive of the cutting device and the segment with a large notch ensures a high cutting speed - up to 800 single strokes of the knife per minute and increases the working speed of the combine. The feed auger is protected by a friction protective clutch, which limits the torque on the auger in the event of stones or other objects hitting the auger area, protects all rotating parts from overloads.
The drive of the cutting device is equipped with an automatic cut-off device, which is activated in the event of metal objects falling into the cutting zone and ensures that the belt slips on the pulley of the planetary gearbox.
The harvester harvests both hybrid and non-hybrid sunflower.
