Principle of operation:

With the help of 4 operators, pumpkin fruits are fed into the crushing zone, where the integrity of the fruit is broken into large pieces. Further, from the crushing unit, pieces of pumpkin fall into the seed-separating device, where the process of separating the seed from the pulp takes place. The pulp is thrown into the field through the drainage tray. The separated mass (seed with the inclusion of pulp and fibers) enters the lower receiving trough with an auger and is further transported by the auger to the rubbing zone. In the rubbing zone, the seed is cleaned of pulp and fibers. Next, the cleaned seed is sent to the packaging area in soft packaging.

Scouring sieves can be supplied with different perforation diameters from Ø 3 mm to Ø 8 mm

The combine serves 4 operators:

1 person - replacement of soft packaging (sugar bag) after filling;
