Soapstock
"Syrym" LLP offers, on favorable conditions, the supply of sunflower soap stock throughout the CIS and abroad. Soapstock is shipped to the Republic of Kazakhstan from several production facilities.
Soap effluents obtained during alkaline neutralization have a complex and unstable composition. They contain moisture, soap formed as a result of the saponification of free fatty acids and neutral fat, entrapped neutral fat (oil), excess alkali, and when the oil is pretreated with phosphoric acid - its sodium salts.
Use of soap stocks:
Soapstock can be directly used in soap making: part of the fat in it is already saponified; it is not difficult to saponify the neutral fat contained in it, and in the future, by desalting one or more times, to transfer the soap to the nuclear phase, thereby freeing it from the polluting impurities remaining in the soapy lye. That's how soapstocks are often used. Unfortunately, the soap is dark-colored and has an unpleasant smell. In addition, the glycerin of neutral fat is lost, because with such saponification of the soap stock as a whole, with subsequent desalting, the glycerin goes into the sewer along with the soapy lye. Based on these considerations, it is more expedientto subject the soap stock to additional processing to extract at least part of the neutral oil from it, which can then be used in a much more rational way.

Soap stocks can contain up to 25% of oil, while the fodder value forcattle will be 3 fodder units, for pigs and poultry -3.5 fodder units. 1 kg of soap stock contains about 8,600 kcal of metabolic energy, which corresponds to 3.4 kg of concentrated feed. In this regard, soap stocks of light vegetable oils can be used in feeding cattle for the purpose of fattening young animals and lactating cows and sheep in the amount of 0.5 kg per day (fat content in which is 100 g) per 100 kg of animal weight. At the same time, the increase in live weight is up to 1 kg/day, and the milk yield of cows increases by 0.4-0.5 kg of milk and the fat content of milk by 0.15-0.17%.
For feeding pigs, it is recommended to add up to 0.1 kg of soap stock per 1 kg of concentrated feed.
For poultry feeding, soap stock is recommended to be introduced directly into compound feed: for young animals fed on meat (broiler chickens), - up to 5-8%:
For turkeys - up to 3-5%,
For ducklings - up to 2-3%,

For young breeding stock (chicks 60-95 days old) - up to 2-3%, 145
Для индюшат (5-180 дней),
Для утят(1-150 дней) - до1-3%,
For geese (1-180 days) - up to 1-5%,
(//tractor-service.com)
For adult laying hens and turkeys - up to 3-5%,
For ducks and geese - up to 1-2%.
Soapstock is expediently introduced into compound feed with the addition of grass flour followed by granulation.

Another product that is formed in the bleaching process of vegetable oils is bleached clay.
As in soap stocks, oily bleached clay can contain from 25 to 50% of oil and tocopherols, sterols, free fatty acids, chlorophylls and carotenoids.
As studies have shown, the introduction of fatty bleaching clay into the diet of pigs and poultry in the amount of 3% of the dry weight of feed leads to an increase in animal productivity by 11-15% while reducing feed costs by 16-19%. Feeding 1 kg of fatty bleaching clay contributes to an additional gain of 350-400 g of net weight gain.
Thus, oil and fat products are an important component of compound feed, the quality of which primarily depends on the degree of oxidation of oils, including in the composition of cakes and other by-products of oil and fat production, which are fed to animals.
The price of the soap stock is negotiable and depends on the terms of delivery and terms of payment. You can send your application and proposal to
