TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PLANT EQUIPMENT:

The special mobile plant C15-750 is designed for the production of cold asphalt with a volume of 10-15 m3 per hour. The exact performance indicators of the plant depend on the type and brand of asphalt, as well as on the inert materials used in the production of asphalt, and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile plant for the production of cold asphalt is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system. A modern computer system allows you to produce 25 recipes. It is possible to print out each mixture of the finished mixture in kilograms and percentages of inert materials during the preparation of the mixture.

The basic configuration of the plant includes the following elements:

- Fully automated mobile plant, 10-15 m3 per hour. Located on a container frame.
- Bunkers of inert materials, 2x3.5 m3

- Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with built-in pump and water dispenser.

- Air compressor 10 BAR.

Productivity is about 5.5/m3 per hour at a pressure of 10 BAR, an air chamber of 50 liters.

- Mobile factory control panel. Manual control keyboard. Easy touch screen, Siemens computer for automatic plant control. 25 recipes with the possibility of changing the brand before each batch. A printer with a printout of the mixture of the finished batch in KG and %. Indicators per batch, hour, shift, month.
