4. Automatic control system of SIEMENS plant. More than 100 concrete recipes. Controlling the work of the plant from the container office, where a control stand and a computer, including a printer, are installed.

5. Skip system. Inert materials will be supplied from storage warehouses to Skip 500 liters.

Planetary mixer SICOMA 500/330 liters.

The set of equipment for mixing concrete includes a planetary two-shaft mixer and a skip, which are located on a special supporting platform. The mixer is installed on a frame made of metal profiles, with a supporting platform on which a safety fence and stairs are installed for access to the mixer.

The mixer with planetary transmission is set in motion with the help of a reducer, which is adapted to work in heavy industrial conditions.

The mixing system is made in the form of a star with three rotating vanes (blades) and one external scraper. The paddles (blades) of the mixer are made, and the mixer itself has a coating made of anti-wear material.

It is also possible to make blades from anti-wear rubber.

Water supply to the mixer is carried out through the external parts of the mixer with the help of insert nozzles. To check the mixer, doors made of special rubber are placed on it. A manual hydraulic pump allows you to open the doors in the event of a power failure.(//tractor-service.com)

The necessary proportions of inert materials enter the mixer with the help of a skip, which loads them from the dosing device, and then, with the help of a motor with a gearbox, the skip is raised along a metal cable to the mixer. Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices will not allow the skip to fall down if the cable breaks.

The system of arrangement of the blades allows covering all parts of the mixer, thereby ensuring high quality concrete that meets international standards. At the client's request, a hydraulic system for concrete sampling during mixing can be installed. The mixer has two drives with 3 blades each.

At the request of the client, a planetary mixer or a two-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied.

Cement collection capacity.
A cement container of 200 kg is placed above the mixer.

Water supply.
A galvanized water system of 300 liters is installed at the concrete plant. Water is used from the central city system with a pressure of 5 liters per second. At the client's request, a water purification and recycling system can be installed.

Stationary computer Siemens.
PC allows automated control of all concrete preparation processes.

Produce more than 1000 concrete recipes. Stationary PC Windows is installed at the client's request. It has multiple protection systems. At the client's request, video surveillance systems can also be installed. Surveillance cameras showing everything on a computer monitor.
