Since the granulator is intended for the production of small-sized pellets (up to 14 mm in diameter), its design is based on the most rational option from the point of view of metal consumption, simplicity of construction and ease of maintenance — a rotating ring matrix with a horizontal axis of rotation and two rollers rotating inside it on fixed axes. The matrix is ​​driven by an electric motor. At the same time, due to friction, the pressing rollers also rotate.
