Thanks to the vacuum, the seeds that are in the feeding chamber are attracted to the holes of the sowing discs. When theplanter SPCH-6 drives, the discs are set in motion. By rotating, they move the seeds to the device for introducing them into the soil. The seeds captured by the disk pass by an adjustable extractor that removes excess grains, leaving only one or two grains on each hole of the seeding disk. 2. Simultaneously with the introduction of seeds into the soil, there is an opportunity to introduce mineral fertilizers by means of a device that allows you to regulate the rate of fertilizer application, depending on the amount needed per hectare and the type of fertilizer. 3. In order to increase the reliability of the transmission in the device for applying fertilizer and seeds to the soil, reinforced drive sprockets and chains were installed. 4. To increase productivity and eliminate manual work during sowing, the markers were equipped with a hydraulic system, which made it possible to control the markers from the tractor cabin. 5. At the customer's request, SPCH-6, SPCH 6 seed drills can be equipped with an electronic seeding control device. The device is designed to collect, process and display on the information board data on the current indicators of seed consumption per unit of distance traveled, as well as the accumulation of information on the characteristics of field sowing. Controlled parameters: - Speed of movement; - Density of seed sowing, pcs./m; - Histogram of the actual distribution of seeds in each row (per seeder, throughout the field) - Sowing of duplicates and omission in % of the total number of seeds.
