Gearpump NMSH-25 with external gearing works as follows. The driving gear is in permanent mesh with the driven gear and drives it into action (rotation). When the gears of thispump rotate in opposite directions, a vacuum (vacuum) is formed in the suction cavities of the teeth, leaving the engagement. Due to this, the working liquid enters the suction cavity from the hydraulic tank, which, filling the cavities between the teeth of both gears, moves with the teeth along the cylindrical walls of the wells in the housing and is transferred from the suction area to the discharge area, where the teeth of the gears, engaging, push the liquid out of the grooves into the discharge pipeline. At the same time, a sufficiently dense contact is formed between the teeth, due to which the reverse transfer of liquid from the injection cavity to the suction cavity is very small. Lubrication of the movingelements of the pump is made with a pumped liquid (oil, polymer melt, etc.), for the flow of lubricating liquid to the friction zones, the pump design provides special channels in the body parts of the NMSH-25 pump.
