The Vektor bt-60 briquetting press (Poland) is intended for the production of fuel briquettes from sawdust of soft and hard wood, sunflower husks and other plant waste (waste from grain crops, waste from the processing of flax, buckwheat, straw, etc.), without the use of any binders, except for natural lignin, which is contained inplant cells (incoming raw materials).
Preparation of raw materials for pressing fuel briquettes
The following requirements exist for all types of raw materials:
-optimal humidity should be up to 15%.
- the raw material must have a fraction of shavings or sawdust up to 5 mm.
When using raw materials with higher humidity and fractions, equipment for grinding (crusher) and drying (drying complex) is additionally installed.
