Frameless buildings are widely used in agriculture, including in the construction of hangars and livestock complexes:
farms for cattle, poultry farms, pig farms.
The characteristic features of such construction are
full autonomy of MIC-120 and MIC-240 machines, allowing construction in remote areas
the use of a minimum of construction materials - galvanized steel in rolls and components of thermal insulation, as well as standard formwork for the construction of simple strip foundations

Durability is proven, does not require personal care.
With the help of mobile construction systems, frameless arched agricultural hangars are erected in a few days with great savings in construction costs. The automatic construction machine is towed to the construction site, where it is used for high-speed production of self-supporting corrugated panels of arched section from galvanized and pre-painted steel strip. Then the arches are sewn together with the help of an automatic binding machine, which makes it possible to obtain completely waterproof seams. Formed arched panels are used in the form of finished structures or in the form of roofs over side and end walls. Self-supporting arches span up to 30 meters without intermediate supports, beams and trusses.
Livestock complexes erected by this method comply with the accepted norms of seismic, snow and wind loads. They are airtight and completely protected from snow and rain entering the complex.
Insulation is provided for frameless livestock complexes. Next, the installation of the necessary equipment (maintenance, watering, feeding, microclimate systems, etc.) takes place.
