They are intended for the treatment of all types of soil to a depth of 4...20 cm using the shuttle method, they create an optimal natural soil structure for plant growth and roll the top layer of soil to preserve moisture. They are especially effective when working on dry hard soils and on slopes, as they do not move the soil in the transverse direction to the movement of the unit.
During operation, the aggregates provide a wonderful mixing effect: uniform distribution of organic fertilizers, straw, and other harvest residues over the entire depth of the treated soil layer, which makes it possible to avoid soil erosion, increase water absorption by the soil, and also preserve the water-bearing capillary layers closest to the sowing horizon.
A mulch rich in organic vegetation remains on the top layer of the soil, which reduces the evaporation of moisture from the soil. The disc performs a rotational movement, creating minimal friction forces of the soil against the disc, which ensures high efficiency, significantly lower energy consumption for plowing and fuel economy, as well as insignificant wear compared to plowshare plows.
The units are intended, first of all, for processing heavy loamy chernozems. Even strong rooting and a high vegetation layer do not interfere with soil processing with these unique units. The depth of tillage is regulated by the position of the support roller through the screw device and the tie rods of the tractor.
Discs are made with an internal sharpening, which makes the aggregates work very efficiently when processing cohesive heavy soils, including chernozems, reduces the traction force and increases the stability of the aggregates. Notches in the discs combined with ideal sharpening of the entire working surface provide better grinding of soil and crop residues, and also prevent the accumulation of plant residues in front of the disc. These units are aggregated on the tractor's three-point suspension system.
