The machine is used for the production of macarons of specialized formats such as "butterfly" ("farfalle") from a ready-made sheet dough tape with a width of 600 mm.
Main characteristics:
- calibrating block of rollers with a diameter of 150 mm, intended for processing sheet dough with a width of 600 mm in order to ensure a uniform thickness over the entire width of the dough output; the specified device can be configured to produce a sheet of the required thickness: from very thin to a relatively thick layer, of the "homemade" type;
- forming block with flexible clamps (upper and lower) with two upper and two lower rods for good protection (along the entire length) of the dies during operation. The system is flexible and its maximum load can be calibrated at the manufacturing stage, therefore it also protects the stamping-folding machine from possible overloads caused, for example, by improper adjustment of the form;
- balanced camshafts and levers connected to the frame to prevent vibration even at high speeds;
- a unit for cutting waste (remains of dough) with cutting rollers synchronized with a stamp to ensure correct acceptance of the dough tape during cutting with subsequent automatic transportation of waste for reprocessing;
- forced lubrication block (with an oil filter), equipped with apump, covering all moving parts and ensuring a long service life of the machine. Indication of the machine control system when the oil pressure drops;

- three autonomous speed regulators: one for the calibration speed, one for the cutting unit and one for simultaneous and proportional change of two speeds;
- programmable logistics controller for processing production data, programming with display of all machine functions and control in various working conditions. This section also stores data on the proportional relationship between speeds (rolling and cutting) under various operating conditions. 30 settings with all parameters are available;
- display and keyboard for entering and storing work parameters in accordance with the setting and display of possible alarms with corresponding specific descriptions;
- adjustment and/or automatic recalculation in accordance with the digital setting:
- rolling speed;
- cutting speed;
- current productivity in kg/hour;
- productivity in kg/h in the dryer.
