The procedure for repairing a Deutz engine begins with reception, inspection, disassembly, and defect detection. The list of replacement parts is agreed with the client, after which the specialist starts assembling the engine. At the enterprise, absolutely all works related to the repair of Deutz engines are performed: grinding of the crankshaft, honing of the block, repair of heads. When everything is ready, the Deutz engine is installed on the stand for break-in: the oil pressure is checked at different revolutions and different temperature regimes. When the finished engine is received by the customer, it is started and demonstrated. Warranty period of operation up to 12 months.
