Buy scrapers, scrapers, scrapers
The ABELE scraper (scraper) with an auger is intended for high-quality and quick cleaning of pig carcasses from bristles.
Combined scrapers (scalping-hair-sweeping machines) have a compact design, are equipped with built-in
wheels for easy movement around the room, which can be climbed with the help of a special device or a built-in elevator, so they are popular both in small farms and in large
cattle slaughterhouses.
The water in the working bath of the scraper is heated with the help of stainless heating elements placed in an insulated oil jacket, or with the help of direct steam injection.
The scraper (sparing tank) is equipped with an additional device for cleaning hard-to-reach places of the head, which ensures high quality cleaning of the head of the carcass. Additional blades on the back wall of the spar machine provide better carcass cleaning.
Ejection of the carcass from the sparchan is performed by a lever with a manual (optionally pneumatic) drive, the lever raises the lower shaft or the rear grate (depending on the sparchan model), while the working shafts are automatically turned on, which greatly facilitates the ejection. The carcass is thrown, for example, on the desktop.
