Seeder of precision seeding SPCH-8. SPCH-8 pneumatic seeder. SPCH-8 pneumatic seeder.
The SPCH-8 pneumatic precision sowing seeder is intended for precise sowing of plowed crops by a dotted method of one or two seeds per nest at a given distance between the nests. Thanks to a wide range of seedingdiscs, SPCH-8 seed drills can sow corn, sunflower, peas and other crops with similar shapes and sizes of seeds, with a row width of 45-70 cm. SPCH-8 seed drills are equipped with a device for simultaneous, with seed sowing, introduction of mineral granulated fertilizers into the soil.
Advantages of seeders SPCH-8, SPCH 8:
1. When connecting the PTO, the exhauster comes into motion, thereby creating vacuum pressure, which creates a vacuum in the discharge chamber of the seeding device by means of low-pressure hoses. Thanks to the vacuum, the seeds that are in the feeding chamber are attracted to the holes of the sowing discs.
When the SPCH-8 planter moves, the discs are set in motion. By rotating, they move the seeds to the device for introducing them into the soil. The seeds captured by the disc pass by an adjustable remover that removes excess seeds, leaving only one or two seeds in each hole of the seeding disc.
2. Simultaneously with the introduction of seeds into the soil, it is possible to apply mineral fertilizers by means of a device that allows you to regulate the rate of fertilizer application, depending on the amount required per hectare and the type of fertilizer.
3. In order to increase the reliability of the transmission in the device for introducing fertilizer and seeds into the soil, reinforced drive sprockets and chains were installed.
4. To increase productivity and eliminate manual labor during sowing, the markers were equipped with a hydraulic system, which made it possible to control the markers from the tractor cabin.

5. At the request of the client, SPCH-8, SPCH 8 seed drills can be equipped with an electronic sowing control device. The device is intended for collecting, processing and displaying on the information board data on the current indicators of the consumption of seed material per unit of traveled distance, as well as the accumulation of information on the characteristics of the sowing field.
Controlled parameters:
- Movement speed;
- Seed sowing density, pcs./m;
- Histogram of the actual distribution of seeds in each row (per seeder, throughout the field)
- Sowing of twins and omission in % of the total number of seeds.
