Air coolers of the GFN series are intended for floor mounting. The series is specially designed for "shock" cooling systems with horizontal air flow distribution. Basically, this series is used in food production for quick freezing of meat, fish,poultry and frozen food. Special fans with high pressure and high flow rate are used. Technologies of "shock" freezing have recently become more and more popular, as they allow to significantly reduce product weight loss during freezing, in addition, the crystallization of water molecules in the product occurs so quickly that the destruction of molecular bonds in the product does not occur, and accordingly, there is no significant loss of quality, in contrast to standard methods of freezing. Compared to quick-freezers, the use of air coolers of this series has one indisputable advantage - cost. A refrigeration system assembled on the basis of air coolers is much cheaper than a quick-freezer, and the quality of the output product is practically the same, plus the cost of maintenance is lower and the equipment itself is much easier to operate.
