BUCKET SCREW LOADER R6-KSHP-6
Self-propelled bucket auger loader P6-KSHP-6 is intended for loading grain and corn in cobs from ground storage areas to cars, conveyors and other receivers, and can also be used for stacking grain and working inside warehouses. It consists of a bucket elevator with raking augers, a rotary lifting and lowering belt conveyor, a wheeled cart. The drive of the working bodies and the movement of the loader are carried out by five electric motors and two hydraulic cylinders.

R6-KSHP-6M
The R6-KSHP-6M self-propelled bucket-screw loader is a modified R6-KSHP loader.
The modification consists in increasing the length of the dump boom to 4.1 m, which makes it suitable for loading into KAMAZ "Euro" type vehicles.
WORKING DEVICES OF THE PRODUCT AND ITS COMPONENT PARTS
The KSHP-6 loader consists of an elevator, a conveyor, a wheeled cart, electrical equipment, hydraulic equipment.
Elevator
The elevator is the intake mechanism of the loader. The working body of the elevator - a bucket chain with nine buckets - goes around the sprockets of the driving, tensioning and two deflecting shafts and is driven from the electric motor through a V-belt and chain transmission. The bucket chain is tightened with two bolts. The working branch of the bucket chain rests on wooden supporting bars and slides along them. The elevator is equipped with two raking screws mounted on the consoles of the lower deflecting shaft and enclosed in a casing for turning the drum. All components of the elevator are installed on a supporting welded frame, which rests on the trolley frame with the help of two hinges. The elevator is raised and lowered by the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting mechanism. The lower position of the elevator is limited by two thrust bolts. During long-term transportation, the elevator is supported by two thrust bolts.
Transporter
The material is unloaded by a rotary belt conveyor consisting of a frame, a belt, a drive drum with a drive, a tension drum, supporting rollers, a receiving funnel, a visor, as well as lifting and turning mechanisms.

The welded frame of the conveyor is fixed on the rotary wheel mounted on the frame of the cart with the help of hollow pins and is supported by the lifting mechanism. The upper part of the frame has a trough-like shape formed by support boards and inclined walls.
The working branch of the tape rests and slides on support boards and rollers. The non-working branch is supported by support rollers. To increase the adhesion of the transported material to the tape, vertical scrapers are mounted on the front side.
The drive drum is installed in the tail part of the conveyor under the receiving funnel. The drum is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt and chain transmission. The tension drum is installed in the main part of the conveyor on the axes. The tape tension is regulated by two bolts. The conveyor lifting mechanism, which is a screw jack, allows you to manually change the inclination of the conveyor. The rotation of the conveyor is made by a mechanism that consists of a toothed rack connected to the rod of the hydraulic cylinder and a cylindrical gear.
Wheeled cart
The trolley consists of a frame, driving wheels, two drive gearboxes with electric motors and piano wheels. For towing a loader, the trolley is equipped with a drawbar.
The trolley frame is a welded structure on which all loader mechanisms are mounted.
Wheels by means of chain gears are separately driven from electric motors through worm gear reducers. Royal
wheels are equipped with latches, which ensure, in case of necessity (for example, when entering the car body or a railway platform by oneself on the stairs) in a straight line.
Electrical equipment
The KSHP-6 loader is equipped with five three-phase alternating current series 4A electric drive motors, an electrical equipment cabinet, a remote control panel, reversible spool valves with electric control, lighting and a signal. All external connections and connections are made with KRPT 3x4x1x2.5 cable and MP-2 type couplings. The loader is connected to a three-phase alternating current network with a solidly grounded neutral. Network voltage 380 V, frequency 50 Hz.
Zeroing of the machine body and the control panel is carried out by the zero core of the current-carrying cable. Protection of power circuits from short-circuits, as well as general switching on and off of the machine are carried out by an AP-50 type air machine.
Protection of electric motors from overloads is carried out by thermal relays of the TRN-10 type.
Control circuits are protected by two PRS-6 type fuses.
The machine is controlled from a remote 8-command control panel using a 4-wire cable of the KRPT brand. The transmission of 8 control commands over a 4-core cable is provided by a relay-semiconductor circuit that works on the principle of separate transmission of alternating current half-cycles and combinational operation of PME-071 type relays and PME-211 magnetic starters. Control circuit voltage — 36 V.
The circuit diagram of the KSHP-6 loader provides for the possibility of its operation both in manual control mode and in automatic mode.
When manually controlling the loader, any of the 8 commands is transmitted by pressing the corresponding button (type KN-P) on the control panel. The movement of the loader forward, into the depth of the stack, is limited by a current relay of the RT-40/20 type connected in series with the elevator electric motor, which, upon reaching the nominal load of the elevator electric motor, activates and turns off the magnetic starters of the travel motors, thereby preventing overloading of the working parts of the machine.
In the automatic loader operation mode, all manual control functions are saved: lifting and lowering the elevator, turning the conveyor, etc.
In the automatic mode of operation of the loader, the current relay ensures automatic advancement of the loader into the depth of the stack, causing this movement by the nominal loading of the working bodies (elevator).
When turning the loader to the right or left during automatic operation, in order to prevent spillage of the overloaded product outside the unloading area, the electric circuit provides automatic fixation of the conveyor in the position it occupied before the loader turned. The same circumstance when transporting the loader in closed rooms increases its maneuverability, preventing collision of the transporter with walls and supports when turning the loader inside the room.
Control of the load on the working parts of the loader, both during manual and automatic operation, is carried out by a red signal lamp, which is turned on by a current relay at the moment of reaching the nominal load on the working parts.
The automatic operation of the KSHP-6 loader facilitates the driver's work, increases the actual productivity of the machine regardless of the driver's qualifications, evenly loads the components and parts of the machine, reduces their wear, and allows one driver to operate two loaders at the same time.
There is a PPM3x60/H2 packet switch in the electrical equipment cabinet, which makes it possible to set the correct direction of rotation of the electric motors of the loader when connected to a current source, and also, if necessary, to change the direction of rotation of the motors to the opposite, for example, when the elevator is clogged with an overloaded product.
For work in darkened rooms or at night, there are two 12 V rotating headlights. For repair work and for additional lighting, the loader is equipped with a portable 12 V lamp, which is plugged into a socket on the electrical equipment cabinet.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic equipment is intended for the operation of the elevator lifting and conveyor turning mechanisms. It includes a
gear pump left-handed NSH-10E driven by an electric motor through a cylindrical single-stage gearbox with a gear ratio, an 8-liter oil tank, two hydraulic cylinders, and a system of high- and low-pressure hoses. The operation of hydraulic cylinders is carried out with the help of electrically controlled reversible spools, which allow raising and lowering the elevator and turning the conveyor in both directions from the remote control panel.
Slow-down valves are installed in the connecting fittings of the hoses of hydraulic cylinders to limit the speed of lowering the elevator and the rotation of the conveyor. The safety valve is designed to limit the maximum pressure. Adjusted to 50 kgf/cm2.
