PP VKF "Techno-T" (Lowland of Chernihiv region) manufactures and supplies a universal fodder preparation complex designed for grinding and preparation of dry feed mixtures. The complex consists of two nodes:crusher and a hopper-mixer. PDA operation:grain is sucked into the crusher through a flexible sleeve, crushed and fed into the hopper-mixer.Additives for the mixture are poured into the lower part of the hopper. The grain mixture and additives are mixed with a vertical auger in the hopper. Dust-like particles that did not settle in the mixer after grinding are caught by filter bags. Productivity of grinding and mixing of the complex - 1.5 tons per hour. It is possible to manufacture PDA15 from stainless steel. The cost of PDA15 (USD) - 6500 (crushers - 3500, hopper-mixer - 3000).
