Nowicki MH-140 injection line, used. It includes: an injector with 136 needles on two heads, a brine cleaning station, a brine preparation station.
Injectors with the SAS system are intended for the implementation of complex injection molding processes covering a wide range of raw materials, i.e.:
• muscles and elements of red meat with and without bone
•poultry carcasses and elements of white meat with and without bone
• meat for culinary purposes - white and red

• low injection up to 10%, as well as high injection up to 120%
• slight deviation of the level of the syringe from 0.5 to 2%
• greater production productivity in kg/h
• maximum head speed up to 60 cycles per minute
• injection of a layer of raw materials of different thicknesses without squeezing out the brine
• the possibility of programming the injection moment, i.e. determination of the layer of raw materials that will be injected
• the drive of the conveyor, synchronized with the drive of the injector head, provides an opportunity to achieve a large number of combinations of grids of punctures
Modern filtration systems
Injectors with servo drives are equipped with a multi-stage filtration system:
• filter with replaceable inserts of different degrees
• curtain filter consisting of three sections of grids of different gradation
• rotating filter with slotted sieve for very thorough cleaning of returning brine
