Grain extruder from PTO shaft (PTO) EKZ-130, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The grain extruder works from the power take-off shafttractor including from the T-25 tractor.

During extrusion, a pressure of 20-30 Atm, a temperature of 120-180°С occurs, hydrolysis of starch occurs with an increase in the amount of dextrins and total sugars, the structure of the walls ofcells is destroyed, fiber breaks down into secondary sugar, as a result of which feed digestibility and palatability improve, pathogenic microflora is destroyed. There is a significant increase in digestibility (from 45% with traditional grain processing) to 95%.

For example, the use of pea, corn, barley, wheat extrudates in pig feeding allows:
(//tractor-service.com)
- intensify the average daily weight gain of pigs by 15.7-27%, reduce feed consumption (including deficient feed of animal origin);

- to reduce the number of piglets due to a sharp (2-17 times) decrease in the bacterial fungal seeding of grain.

Grain productivity (wheat, corn, peas, barley, rye, mixed grain) 90-130 kg/hour.
For normalwork of the extruder grain humidity should be 18-20%.
Weight 100 kg.
