Fluoroplast (F-4) is a material obtained by chemical polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene in aqueous media under pressure in the presence of an emulsifier. It has high resistance to such substances as solvents, various petroleum products, acids, and also dielectric properties: strength, inertness. It is also resistant to climatic influences. It works at a temperature of -55 +270C, conventional designation (PTFE).
